autoVimation's construction kit allows the simple and fast assembly of machine vision installations from pre-fabricated parts.
The "Vision Application Park" offers here the ideal platform to demonstrate the flexibility and robustness of our products, so we gladly took up the invitation to participate in this project.
Initiated by the "Vereinigte Fachverlage" publishing house, the vision application park demonstrates the ability of Machine Vision technologies with help of a 150m2 working plant, exibited at 8 mayor tradeshows in Germany over the next 2 years.
Inspection cell 7 (Vision Components) has been entirely built using autoVimation's construction kit. Cell 5 (Sick) displays a 3D scanner mount from autoVimation.

- Cameras, illuminations, existing machinery and accessories are fitted with a mechanical adapter, making this equipment compatible with autoVimation‘s mechanical interface MMVI.
- Using autoVimation‘s construction kit, it is now possible to assemble and adjust all components to your exact specifications.

We provide a modular construction kit containing all the mechanical components required for building machine vision installations.
Universal mounting adapters fit any vision component with our standardized “Mechanical Machine Vision Interface” MMVI. This allows the customer to assemble and adjust the camera, lights and accessories with help of modular mounting elements. These off-the-shelf components enable sytem integrators to build an individual machine vision installation to their own exact requirements.

autoVimation's exhibition at this years Vision Show in Stuttgart was a great success.
Many visitors thought it was a long awaited idea to build vision systems using pre-fabricated parts. Special attention drew our compact protective enclosures and our complete construction kits for applications like laser triangulation. Also the simple way of attaching and adjusting any light source to our enclosures and camera mounting blocks was seen as big advantage for testing and installing vision systems.
