Kein Teil der Daten oder Dokumentation darf ohne schriftliche Einwilligung der autoVimation GmbH in irgendeiner Form reproduziert, vervielfältigt oder übersetzt, noch dürfen die CAD-Daten zur Fertigung der in ihnen enthaltenen Bauteile genutzt werden.

Die autoVimation GmbH übernimmt keine Haftung für die Fehlerfreiheit der Daten. Insbesondere übernimmt die autoVimation GmbH keine Gewähr dafür, dass die Daten den Anforderungen und Zwecken des Nutzers genügen oder mit anderen von ihm ausgewählten Programmen zusammenarbeiten. Die Verantwortung für die richtige Auswahl und die Folgen der Benutzung der Daten sowie der damit beabsichtigten oder erzielten Ergebnisse obliegt dem Nutzer.
